My name is Kenneth. I drop my truck off on August 2. I have not heard anything from anyone. I have been calling every day four times a day since September. I literally just called five times and no one is picking up. I have no idea where my truck is or what’s going on.

Illustrious Transport LLC.. I’ve been using these guys for around three years now. They are very professional and do a Great job with my trucks. I don’t understand the negative reviews. However some seem to be confused with charges they have no problem of giving you an estimate before performing the work which I always request and if there’s any additional work or any other problems found I’m always contacted Before any additional work is done.. I’ve been in the truckinh industry almost 20 years and 10 as an owner I have never been scammed by them. However I do know shops that are scandalous and TLS Diesel Repair is not one of them!! They do great work!!

Great Service! In the process during a oil change they found fuel dumping into oil. this was after getting work done at another shop it was on warranty but because the other shop took too long to get my truck back to me I decide to allow TLS to do the service base on their customer service and quality of work as well great staff. They truly believe servicing the customer right. I will continue to use their service due to quality of work because to have to my truck back in a timely manner.This is I make my living for my family. WC

I’m gonna admit yes a review had me questionable about going to this place. I took a risk and went to them to do some work and when I tell you a phenomenal business I mean really good and a man at what he say. Not only am I leaving a review of how satisfying I am I tipped the company and mechanic $300. Go check this company out because I’ve found my mechanic and I’m sticking with them.
