Mike. Has lost all credibility with me. His integrity is shot! My last 2 times taking my vehicle to him has been disappointing to say the least. First off I took my truck there to get some simple work done Some how when I come get my truck the trailer hitch is gone. So I had to buy a new one. Today I took my wife car there to get 4 new tires put on that I purchased already and to get a plash guard put on that I thought was missing. Mike told me it would be 160 if I take my tires with me. I said ok I’ll take them. They called me to come pick up my car. I get there the guy is about to charge me the 160. So I called Mike and asked about the splash guard. He said he forgot to put it on. So he came back to the shop to put it on. So I had to leave and come back. I get back Mike tells me why did I change the splash guard there was one on there and nothing was wrong with it. So I’m thinking why not call me and say that. I could have sent it back and got my money back. But he changed it anyway. Mind you I thought it was missing. SMH. Then to make matters worse. I go to pay. Now he is charging me 220. I ask why the price went up? He said he had trouble putting it on. SMH. SO they acted like they were giving me a discount and charged me 200. YOUR INTEGRITY IS NO GOOD! Today you lost a good customer! Never going back there! And any one who does get a price quote in writing before doing business with these people!

I came in around 10 AM to get my exhaust looked at, honestly expecting the worst. I was nervous it would be expensive, but the price was extremely reasonable and they had me in and out in about an hour. The owner was very kind, the service was straightforward, and they even brought my car back up to the front for me when it was done. They have a location in Riverdale as well, but I visited the Forest Park shop and had an excellent experience. Highly recommend this place for fast, honest, and friendly service.

Jay was excellent. Very attentive and engaging. I was definitely caught by surprise today. Jay, Mike and his team were able to get the finish on my rim to look like new again in less than 3 hours. I am a happy customer that will be returning for ALL of my wheel and tire needs.

I came for a lift kit, however I didn't get service done. I will be back for a few mods due to the outstanding customer service and work that has been performed by my own eyes. Very professional establishment, also very knowledgeable on what needs to be done without being ripped off by competitors.
