I have been coming here for years and I always get quality service and friendly interactions. This is not one of those places that tries to extort you for more money. They are clear and transparent about their prices up front and that’s something I really appreciate.
View on GoogleBEWARE: Zack will give you one price over the telephone to get you into the door. Then tell you a different price once you arrive. Save yourself some time and go elsewhere. By the way, there is absolutely no one there, that should tell you everything you need to know. Trust some another company with your vehicle.
View on GoogleLet me tell you all how these people will lie just so you can keep coming back and/or use their special financing. Last year I got ALL of my brakes replaced. They said new rotors on the front end were not needed. I was having issues with my brakes still squeaking so I brought my car back and they said I needed new rotors. FINE! But I was already told that I didn’t. I got the new rotors and was STILL having issues and so I brought the car back again and it turns out that something is actually bent and that’s what’s causing the issue with my brakes wearing faster than usual. $500+! I’m just not understanding how they didn’t catch this at any time before?? Then y’all want to recommend your financing when I already have TWO ACCOUNTS open thanks to y’all telling me that I needed new rotors when I didn’t. I could have used that second account on the right issue had y’all done a better job. Now I’m driving around stressed trying to figure out how to get new brakes because I know I cannot afford to fix the bigger issue and I don’t want to rack up more debt. You guys suck. Zach specifically helped me with this issue and HE was the one that told me that I needed new rotors. He just wanted to be right so bad when I had already told him that I was told that I didn’t.
View on GoogleI Visited this location regarding a battery check light and was told that they had not had a mechanic in the store and did not know when the mechanic was going to be in I find it highly unprofessional seeing how the store just opened. I would not recommend this company to anyone this is the second precision tune auto care location I've been to and both locations were incompetent. That's definitely not a good look for business
