I went to this place to get an emissions re-test. My initial test was on 9/15 and it was a fail. I returned on 9/18 after doing more driving and it was another fail. After the second fail, the Black/African older gentleman servicing me began accusing me of altering my car somehow to pass the emissions test. I was shocked. It was an awful experience and he should be ashamed of himself accusing me of dishonesty. I went out of my way to patronize a Black/African business and was met disrespect and disappointment. Not because of the separated emissions failures, but because of poor customer service and manners. Shame. Shame. Shame on this business.

I will definitely come back here every year for my emissions test. Called to confirm if there machine was working (found a few local places we're not and not opened on Saturdays....ugh), the lady that answered was very pleasant, provided me the address and told me they were open on Saturday's. Went by today, drove up no waiting, the gentleman came out very quickly took care of my test, and advised me I could go to Krogers down the road and complete my registration and get my tag at the kiosk. Mind blown! Thank you for a great experience.
