Not pleased, I brought a turbo and 8 months and it blew up over 4k spent still under warranty but they don't exchange ! You've got to either wait for them to send out spend several weeks waiting on them to test and see if they are going to honor warranty or buy another turbo at another 4k . Long story short, they didn't honor the warranty and the replacement turbo i bought from them is no good taking it back on Monday. Never had this problem when they were Turbo Diesel. at this point I just want my 4k returned and the return of my original turbo. Very bad business as far as I'm concerned. Selling after market parts that don't work then they find a way to not honor warranty when turbo leak oil. What's the chances of getting twio turbos and both are poor quality. Had I known they did shady practices like this i wouldn't have brought the second turbo. I didnt do anything to void the warranty but do you really think they are going to admit to there product is poorly made ? Leaking seals in 8 months and they don't stand behind it. Buyer beware !

Very nice place I brought a few turbos at, and they worked fine - had a slight problem with one, and they were quick to respond with a solution. Ask for Rachel, she was plenty of help everytime!

View on GoogleI’m not one for writing reviews, but figured I’d share my experience for someone who does business daily for years with them. I work for a United rentals, so I use turbo diesel to test injectors, turbo rebuilds, parts, you name it. They are local so I’m kind of forced to. However the service and attitudes by the small group of people they have is not good. They are rude. There service department is terrible. They are seem to hate their job. Why they still work there is beyond me. I’m disappointed because how much money I bring them. For now I’ll be taken my business elsewhere. I hope to see a turn around. Ever since they have been bought out nothing but problems.
