On Monday I was quoted $805 (tax included) for a set of tires. Today I had them put on. When I picked my truck up the bill was $959. My jaw dropped. I was told they have a CC fee (completely understandable). Then I was charged $33.71 for shop supplies (BS) and $100 labor! All of this should have been told to me when I was quoted or included in the price. I’ve been in sales for 25 years and 8 of those were in the tire/auto business. Completely unacceptable. If I quote a customer, then I stand behind it. Period. I’ll never go back. I will pay someone to rotate my tires even though they will for free (every tire store does that). I’ve never left a bad review in my life but this one is warranted. Beware if you go here. Oh yeah, to pad the blow he took the CC Fee off. Gee thanks. I’m only leaving one star because I have to. Eric called me back the next day to explain there was a pricing issue with his supplier. That’s how you do business. Thanks for making it right, Eric.
