I would give a lower review, but I’ve also had some good experiences with this company and have been a customer for about 15 years. Unfortunately, there has been a noticeable decline in service, particularly during my last two visits. The young woman at the front speaks English and helps bridge the language barrier, but I found her to be unhelpful and at times accusatory toward customers. Even when attempting to resolve issues calmly, there is little accommodation. The tone often shifts to insinuating that the customer is at fault or should already know what needs to be fixed with their vehicle. Additionally, while one issue may be repaired, something else often goes wrong afterward, and the company takes no responsibility, stating they only fixed what the car was originally brought in for. Questioning this is clearly discouraged. Overall, based on my experiences over the past few years, the integrity of the service has declined. Many customers continue to support them due to generally reasonable pricing, but customer care and accountability are no longer what they once were.
