Dear BestDrive Customer Support, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at the Forest Park, GA location. I expected a high level of professionalism and service, but unfortunately, my experience did not meet those standards. I arrived at the location at around after 5:00 AM, and was to change two tires, took the wrong one which was a good tire that didn't need replaced and ended up throwing it away. Essentially, I did not get a full visual of what occurred at the shop due to it still was dark outside. I saw it for myself while currently working at one of the dump sites upon inspecting the tires again and I saw the careless action that was performed. I paid a total $402, $31 per tire, $25 fee to switch the tires around and also $135 for labor. The invoice # 51118567 was given to me after payment was paid. I called and spoke with someone over the phone explaining the matter with them and they informed me it probably was an error on their part; Did not offer me the courtesy of coming back with my truck so that they can rectify the situation. I had to speak up and inform them that I was coming back in to have this matter resolved, because I am not going to stop my earnings in the middle of the day because no one wants to be held accountable for that careless error. I kindly request that this matter be reviewed and that appropriate action be taken to address the situation. I would appreciate a prompt response regarding how this issue can be resolved. In conclusion, I will not be re-visiting this location for any services ever again. Thank you for your time and attention. I look forward to your reply. Sincerely, DGA TRANSPORTATION LLC
