Paid 175.00 for a a/c diagnostic and they called and said it was a missing washer and I have to pay another $125. Then call back and said it was my condenser fan and it needed to be vacuum out and it will be 900.00 and it will be fix.i got a called the next day saying my a/c compressor shredded metal in the system and needed to be changed and it will be 1600.00.i said no‼️if they would have diagnosed the problem correctly the first time I would have not agreed to pay those fees.I ended having to pay 900.00 and a/c still doesn't work 🤦🏾‍♂️ it's good they are closing it down this year we don't need scamming auto shops in hapeville.

These guys are the real deal!!! Having an old model vehicle its hard trying to find someone to even look at it especially for electical problems. Marvin got it in and was able to check it out. He gave me true advice regardless of how painful it was and allowed me to make a decision without just doing the work without a go ahead. There was another situation that came up that could have potential cost more money but they were able to get me back on the road fairly quickly. I would highly recommend these guys !!! Thanks Marvin

I can not give enough thanks to this shop. We flew in from Phoenix on a red eye, only to have our alternator sieze and fry the belt in the airport parking lot. When I called, Marv was incredibly friendly and helpful. He even gave options for a tow company and said dont worry, we'll get you in. He showed me all the prices for the different alternators and belts, so we knew the exact price. I'm used to being told that parts will be a couple of days, so when he said he'd have it finished that afternoon, I was shocked. We opted to have our friends drive us back home, which was about 2 hours down the 75. But sure enough, they had it fixed that afternoon. We picked it the AM, instead if waiting as we were exhausted from the long trip. I'm not sure if it's just southern hospitality, but again, very friendly staff when we walked in. Price was exactly as anticipated, nothing over the top. We've already agreed that we'd drive up the highway to get regular work done by them from the experience. Thank you again!.

Highly highly recommend these guys if you're in the area. Our car broke down on I75 and Marvin graciously offered to try to get us back on the road despite a full schedule. When the repair wound up being a significant undertaking they went above and beyond every step of the way, from staying late to giving me a ride to pick up a rental. They do quality, timely work at a fair price and most important, they are honest. I can't thank them enough for coming through for us when we were in such a tough spot.

I have been bringing my vehicles to AutoTech for years. They do a diagnostic test and tell you what the issue is and the cost of repairs. They give you the option of whether or not you want them to fix it. I have had other issues they found not related to what I bought the vehicle in for. They notified me and explained what was found and if I wanted it fixed. They didn't just fix the problem without my knowledge or permission and then demand payment. Marvin and his whole team are exceptional and professional. I have always been greeted with kindness. I highly recommend this shop.
