This is the best car experience I have ever had. My car was towed in and I was certain that I was going to have to buy a new one or pay an arm and a leg. Mason was amazing to work with and communicated every step of the way. The prices were very reasonable and I plan to take my other car next week. I am a customer for life!! I appreciate Jamie too the Tow truck driver for recommending your service and you came highly recommended!! I think my car is driving better than it ever has!😊

I’m glad others had a good experience with them mines however was not. I gave it 2 stars because they had excellent customer service, that’s it. I took my Mercedes to them, they called me a week later to tell me they didn’t know what was wrong with it. Was told the diagnostic was $70 when I dropped off my car, then they said they can do a full check for $200 so they can do a deeper check, ok fine, you could have told me that in the beginning. They called a few days later….now at this point they have had my car almost 2 weeks. They said it’s your fuel pump. They charged me $300. So now I owe $500 total, that’s with the diagnostic. Why I get my car back and it’s still doing the exact same thing it was doing before🤨 on top of that, now my gas had doesn’t work. I took the car back to them, he says, that could be the other fuel pump or something else….sir it worked before I brought it to you. Then he says he can check it but it will be $200. Absolutely not!!!! I was so hopeful after reading reviews and being referred to them. Never again! Now I have to take it elsewhere to actually fix it.🤦🏾‍♀️
