5 stars for Williams Auto Service! We took our work truck in for an oil change and were impressed with the quick, prompt, and honest service. Its hard to find a shop you can trust, and they definitely delivered! Highly recommend.

So I came here recommend by a family friend from these guys and honestly very disappointed from here. So I came in needing my valve cover replaced along with a couple things my car needed to be back up and driving again. I asked them to check everything out to see what else needed to be worked on and to check the horn cause is not working and the washer fluid cause it wasnt coming out. So I get a call was told my brakes were fine, needed front Struts that was going to be around $800 and the CV Boots that would be $823. I know thoes jobs were going to be a bit much but the parts alone together from what I found was not even $300 combined so math was feeling off but I know labor was a chunk in that too and alignment. Thing is after talking about thoes 2 I asked about the horn and washer fluid. They said they didn't look and that's a whole different kind of inspection and was a different price to have them looked at. Now I worked at a shop and I don't know everything but I do know a couple things and inspections while being serviced is part of it and seems like. Along with the so call "look" they did at the car my battery died this past week so I had to make my time to take care of that but would expect they'd at least checked my battery to tell me it was going bad. Now, don't get me wrong back with the struts and anything else needed worked on but I'm going to be honest, I just had the baby and just don't have time and energy to figure it out and do it myself, so I was hoping for at least someone to check the car right but of course that set me some steps back. I also asking about the CV covers and was told it was only leaking a little fluid but kinda had be concerned that does not guaranteed it would keep my CV Axle performing no problem. I ended up just ordering a new CV Axle to have the whole thing replaced. So story short after that experience, I had a Mobile Mechanic I had to come see from North Atlanta make the time to check and work on it for me and was lucky cause a was an family friend someone recommended and they gave me a more realistic deal and actually looked at everything and took care of what needed worked on. They said the CV Axle was done for so I made that right call. And sure enough my breaks were in bad shape and needed replacement. My horn is needing a replacement along with the washer fluid pump as well and transmission fluid needing to be changed. So still needed more work down the road it was just infuriating that I tried this place out and it resulted to wasting time so fair warning from this

Ordered my leveling kit Monday and put it on Wednesday. Professional install job. Great service. Will be back.
