Vic‘s automotive took care of me fair pricing also gave you different options to make payments on it which I thought was really nice. Was able to get my car done within a timely manner. Ron really follows up to make sure everything is good if you have any questions, bring it right back and I’ll take a look at it for you. If you can’t take care of it, he’ll refer you to someone that can. Was pretty pleased with everything overall
View on GoogleI had a major issue that occurred with my vehicle. I have been extremely impressed and satisfied with the service received by Vic’s Auto. They work diligently to resolve my issue to ensure They reached a successful resolution. After replacing my transmission for the second time and experiencing the same ,They outsourced my vehicle to a third-party to ensure that my transmission issue would be resolved in a timely fashion because we were dealing with a warranty company. I can definitely say that during the times that I started to get frustrated Ron and Lexi were able to provide me with a detailed feedback reached out to the Rent-A-Car company to ensure that I had some form of transportation during this ordeal. I feel as though they treated me as a first class, Customer.
