I don’t have enough good things to say to Gus and Tay and their entire team on Tuesday March 10th. Due to me ordering the wrong tires I sought out companies to order new ones Same day. Gus picked up the phone and assured I could the tires, get them mounted, balanced, and aligned same day. He got them ordered, got his well advised, and communicative team together and had my car up and ready. They seamlessly got old off, threw the new on, got the valve stems installed and then balanced the tires. They then prepped me for an alignment, and even though RS7s have a particular way of getting aligned to spec, they did the best they could and almost got it perfect for my aggressive driving. Great hospitality, great work, and a great team lead by strong management. I’ll be back for my brakes soon.

Jan 5 2025 this email was sent! Two weeks and still no word from the company! No apology or explanation! My name is Katherine Lowery I came into store 199 today at 11:30am requested to have the tires rotated “ mentioned “I bought my tires here” I asked to have the tire sensors checked and replace the bad ones! mentioned “the light was on.” And I also needed the oil changed. An hour or so later I was given 3 items recommendations for service. I refused service. My car was moved out front. I waited for paperwork to be finished, now there is a line behind me. I asked about the sensor and was told that they were all bad. As I’m handed my invoice. Very Confused that they were all bad, because I just had one replaced! I asked “did you replace them?” He said no… I asked why? We don’t have them he responded. I proceeded to ask more questions about the sensors, only to get a look because of the line. Being pressured to do my tap and pay. I grabbed the paperwork and walked out the door very angry. Not looking at the invoice by the time I got on the road. I took a look at the total & I had to pull into a parking lot and realized they charged me for the tire rotation when I bought my tires there a year ago. I Immediately return to the store to have my paperwork fixed and get card refunded. Only to be told it would take 2 to 3 weeks to process. How the mistake was made didn’t make any sense! The refund process didn’t make any sense They refused to give me any kind of paperwork. I was allowed to take a screenshot of the computer refund summited to you! I asked if he could forward it to me or cc! No again! At this point, I asked to speak to the manager I was told Gus was very busy. I refused to leave and waited for Gus to walk through the building and then explain to him my situation. he said he would re-check my sensors and replace them all in exchange for the refund. There was nothing else he could do about the refund. I had no choice but to agree. I needed them replaced & your company had $119.96 of my money I wasn’t getting back anytime soon! I thanked Gus and told him I would send an email to the refund team explaining I don’t need a refund. This was one of my most frustrating days! I’m turning 62, my son bought me a floor jack for Mother’s Day last year❣️ But he also asked me to PLEASE, start taking the car & truck in for the tire rotation & oil changes! I arrived at 11:30 am requesting the sensors be replaced, tire rotation & oil change I finally left the shop at 4pm Sincerely, disappointed customer

Had a great experience at Tire Discounters! The team was friendly, professional, and got everything taken care of quickly. They explained what my car needed without any pressure and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s not always easy to find honest, reliable service, but they definitely delivered. I have utilize this shop a few times before. But l’m very unsatisfied with their service this time. I was supposed to pick up my vehicle last Thursday. My vehicle is still there for last 10 days, In which I have lost those days of work. they have ordered the same part three times and they got it wrong. Then they try to Modify the ordered part to fit my vehicle. , And apply it to my truck. I was told there’s nowhere in the state of Georgia that has a driveshaft for my Nissan. I was even told that they would go to a salvage yard if they had to. I have filed a report to the Better Business Bureau. This is very unfair to me the consumer and very unprofessional. Never again.
