Tesla Service Fayetteville

If you’re considering bringing your vehicle to the Tesla Service Center in Fayetteville, I would encourage you to ask a lot of questions and document EVERYTHING. My experience left me with very little confidence in the quality of their diagnostics or communication. After paying thousands of dollars for repairs, my vehicle was returned with ADDITIONAL cooling system issues, my service was mark as completed and I was allowed to leave without being informed that the vehicle was overheating or that I should avoid Supercharging. I consider this a serious safety concern. When I raised my concerns, I was met with explanations about the vehicle’s age instead of a clear investigation into whether the original diagnosis was accurate or whether something had been missed. Rather than taking accountability, I felt my concerns were dismissed. I’m now left with more issues that before I came. I returned to the service center on three separate occasions for the same ongoing issue. Each time, the focus remained on replacing or addressing the compressor, while the underlying problem went unresolved. Instead of identifying and fixing the root cause, I was repeatedly sent away without a lasting solution. After multiple visits, I expected a thorough diagnosis.. not repeated repairs that failed to address the actual issue. My advice to anyone using this service center is to request a detailed explanation of the diagnosis, ask for documentation, and don’t assume your vehicle has been thoroughly checked simply because the repair is complete. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location

Less than helpful. I have a giant crack in my windshield & need standard maintenance. The nearest Tesla dealership is 2 hours away - I didn’t buy this car, it’s a company vehicle. I asked if I could drop it off on my way to the airport to leave it for FOUR DAYS & they would not accommodate without charging ridiculous storage fees of $135/day.

I took my Model S in because my brake lights at the top of the back windshield area had some dead sprites. It was covered under warranty and should have been super chill to take in and get replaced. My appointment was for saturday but on the thursday before they changed the appointment to friday and didnt call me me to tell me. I only noticed because I was bored on my phone and went to the tesla app the appointment was now a day before. I messaged them asking why and they said they only do that kind of work on weekdays. So I take it in early, and obviously with the impression its getting done on friday, but they didnt even start until Wednesday. So they made me bring it a day earlier for nothing and be without the car for 5 days. Theres literally zero reason to make an appointment if they are just gonna put it in the back and not touch it. I could have driven it until they were ready. AND THE ICING ON THE CAKE. They either put the wrong back windshield on by accident, or broke mine and tried to be sneaky and put a new one on. I didnt notice right away until my wife was driving her car behind me a few days later and said "wasnt your back windshield tinted?". So yeah pretty obvious it was the wrong windshield since they put a non tinted one on. They have yet to get back to me since i reached out about the windshield, but regardless I do not recommend anyone use this service center. Go to a different one.

When I picked up my car from the service lot, there was an error message that the wipers were not working. I didn't know that once the car is in service mode, they don't see the same messages that customers see. I did have to take it back up to have them plug back in the wipers, but it only took five minutes.

I had brought my Tesla Model S in for service and a diagnostic. I looked on the invoice & it said 1 hr for about $240. I asked if they can fix something I’ve seen multiple owners have fixed in the past. They said they cannot do it and said I needed a new battery. They INSTANLY quoted me for a new battery and EXPECTED me right then and there to give them a 50% deposit down. I’ve went to about 3 EV Shops in GA that specialize in Electric Components and EVs and they can’t do a thing. In this day and age, Tesla customers don’t have $18k - $22k for a new battery. If I were you, I won’t take my Tesla to ANY service center in Georgia. Tesla is NOT what it use to be. Tesla is a good company but NOW it’s all about making a buck for those batteries. I LOVE Tesla vehicles, I really do. Also, the amazing features, capabilities, and how much reliable there cars are. It’s insane but true. But the service and costumer service is at an all time low. Doesn’t feel welcoming anymore to come to the service center. I love my car but coming in for service is a headache. I really hope they can do better in the future. C’mon Elon
