This was my first time going to this shop, because it was convenient. I was able to go on my lunch break near my job . I like taking care of business so I can get home to my family . I thought it would be quick but it wasn’t. I was the only one there(no customers were there when I arrived). 1 guy serviced me and it took him a whole hour (my whole lunch break)to plug my tire. The tire had a nail it btw. After plugging it I went to work. A little after my lunch period was over but I thought it was worth it. A day later the tire pressure indicator light came on the dash. I put air in the same tire and brushed it off. The next morning , same thing . So I took the tire back , remembering I had 3 day warranty . They took the tire and did something to it and said they fixed the problem. They did it free of charge which was cool. 2 days later the same tire was losing air again. Off observation, I realized someone was inexperienced. I took the tire and said I’d just get a new tire . They put the new tire on faster then they did when plugging the last . This delayed my travel plans . It was also delaying me getting to work in the mornings . I paid them and made sure I got a warranty. A few days later , the steering started shifting left . I thought I just needed a wheel alignment, so I started searching for shops that offer the service . A week later I found a shop. I told them I need a wheel alignment. They checked my tires and said the tire I just bought a week ago was bad . They did this in 15 mins . I was debating if I should take it back but the shop was an hour away from me at the time . It was only convenient when I was at work . Plus I made that hour ride already which delayed/canceled my traveling plans . I decided to go to a shop I knew close to home. I was fed up… gave them chances and didn’t want to take another L. They changed it and gave me a very good tire . 4 months later , The tire has been good since . Don’t even need air . I give them 2 stars because they did show good hospitality.

It was a good shot the guys that own the place they just started the business there and they came over from Atlanta shop that been there like 30 years but they trying to get new customers there and start a new process of getting business please see them
