Shift Works did a great job on my Buick and very professional. I took my car in on Sunday night they checked it on Monday and i was back riding in it on Thursday , ,,,,,what a crew , i will recommend them to anyone. BIG THANK YOU !!!!
View on GoogleI was referred to this place by bukes tire shop in Newnan back in Dec 2025. They told me over the phone that it was the transmission clutch and charged me $950. After picking my truck up it was fine. I had no issues at all with the transmission. Keep in mind I didn't have any problems before I took it there. So forward 3 months later I went back to bucks tires because my truck wouldn't crank. After keeping my truck 2 weeks and getting a bill for $1010. 00 I was told again to take it to shift works. I received a call telling me it was NOT the transmission that it was a misfire. Then 2 days later they called and said it Was the transmission torque converter and it would be 4500.00. after picking it up the truck wouldn't go over 40mph. I don't know what these two companies have going on but now I'm without a vehicle and out 2000.00😢
View on GoogleCalled them for terrible noises from my transmission on a 1993 f350. The shop was. prompt to look at the truck and give me a free diagnostic. Following determination of the problem they got it on the schedule and had the transmission rebuilt in a weeks time. They paid great attention to detail, even cleaning off the transmission body for me and replacing the leaking drain pan. Great guys, great shop, highly recommend.
View on GoogleMy 2013 Ford Explorer was shifting hard in the lower gears. A test drive fluid change and additive cleared the problem with no other issues. The repair cost $50 LESS than other area shops and the staff was fantastic accurate and informative ! I highly recommend Shift Works!
View on GoogleMy experience was not pleasant and did not test anything on my transmission (Shift solenoid and valve body’s was bad after taking it to a different shop AAMCO) They were very rude/cocky even laughing at us at one point. Just for asking questions..
