We took our car for preventive maintenance by appointment and was there when they opened at 7:30 am. Our service man was waiting for us when the drop door was opened and we drove inside. Everyone there was greeted with good morning and our car was checked in. We love the service here.
View on GoogleToday I had a recall fixed on my Ford Edge. It was a wonderful experience. The employees were so nice and helpful. The quick lane in McDonough and Allen Vigil in Morrow Both told me that they had to keep my car for 48 hours. Shame on you both for lying to Your customers. The quick lane in Fayetteville only kept my car for 3 hours. The employees at the Fayetteville location should train the employees at the other 2 locations. I recommend if you want a very pleasant experience with employees that do not lie to their customers. Then I highly recommend the Quick lane in Fayetteville Georgia
View on GoogleArrived @8 am, needed a quick oil change & new windshield wipers. They took the truck @8:05. 9:35 nobody has come to see me, or say hey we're almost done. We go see what's up because it's taking forever. Guy says "You're still here I thought you left." What? We were sitting there wasting our time, have to get to work and you guys are holding me up. Nice people but incredibly slow & poor service. Not my first time visiting a quick lane, but definitely my first & last time at this location. And no– Not a single apology from anybody in there.
View on GoogleThey are very busy so please be patient. I would say overall they do decent work on your Ford vehicles. I have be waiting a lot longer for my vehicle to get back to me this time since there was a warranty issue. That has been a bit of a hassle with daily life but I have no doubt the work will be quality once completed.
View on GoogleNeeded another service on the Raptor and was advised that The Works is the best way to go. Even managed to use up some of my Ford Rewards points so it was nothing out of pocket! Vinnie was a great help in making it all go smoothly. Glad to see the new owners are interested in making a difference and you can see the changes over the past few months!
