First and foremost, Mr. Tom customer service is amazing . so nice and kind!I feel like I’m his daughter how he helped me . He wanted to make sure my car was in good shape for my family. I came in with some issues that I didn’t know of . I was lied to by a mechanic I’ve been going to a long time . Mr. Tom had his best guy there (Randy) find each issue. And solved it . And wouldn’t stop until they found the issue. I’m so happy, you just don’t know !!! Very hard to find honest mechanics. My cats will always come here . I got a full set of tires. He beat every price in town . I did my research and brought them the numbers. They got me a wonderful deal. And don’t get me started on John and Jennifer at the front desk. I can talk to them forever! Helpful, and funny funny like early 2000’s funny. Lol. You won’t be cheated here. Do t take the car anywhere else . I took my to the dealership. And got treated like trash , and put in danger for money. Thank you guys. Thank you so much ! You’ll see me soon. With my fleet .

I dropped my vehicle off after hours and was pleasantly surprised to hear from the shop before 9am the next day. Their experienced and qualified mechanics were able to repair my brakes the same day. The cost was very reasonable and fair. They did a great job and I'm extremely happy with their service.

The staff took exceptional care of my oil change and treated my vehicle with the kind of attention and respect that is hard to find these days. What’s truly ironic is that I left this location some time ago because I chose somewhere closer to home. Lesson learned: closer is not always better. Sometimes quality, integrity, and customer care are worth the drive. My apologies for ever leaving. This experience reminded me exactly why I trusted this location in the first place. I will absolutely be returning here for all future vehicle servicing. Exceptional service still matters, and this team delivered it flawlessly.

View on GoogleCame in early morning for a quick air pressure check and ended up getting a full inspection. They noticed uneven wear on the front tires and advised rotation instead of replacement. After the service, the car feels more balanced while braking.
