Deonte and his mechanic offered the best service. He made sure that understood how my car works and how to keep my car going. They gave great customer service as well as knowledgeable about the cars they are servicing. We will definitely be back to Grease Monkey in Fayetteville for futures car service.
View on GoogleQuick and kind full service; however the techs caused more stress and time on the back end by leaving parts unplugged. This caused my check engine light to come on and the car to jerk and sputter. I have a significant commute to work so this caused me to stress and take time off to get the problem partially resolved by a different location. When I returned to the original location, the tech refused to assist because he “knows he didn’t touch anything he wasn’t supposed to.” Please, at the very least do not utilize the Fayetteville, GA location specifically
View on GoogleWas immediately greeted and helped as soon as I pulled up! The standard of service I have received at this location is unmatched. Absolute stellar customer service. Due to distance I twice went to a different location for convenience and the service was no where near the service I received here. They also discovered an issue that that location missed and could have caused severe damage to my car. No matter the distance or convenience I will be a FOREVER CUSTOMER TO THIS LOCATION!!! I came in for routine vehicle maintenance including an oil change, new lights, and wipers, and everything was handled efficiently and professionally. Brandon was thorough and made sure everything was completed properly, while Deonte ensured the entire process was smooth and welcoming. They both took the time to explain what was being done and made me feel confident about the service my vehicle was receiving. The waiting area was incredibly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made the experience even better.
