BAD TRUCK SERVICE ADVISOR AND GENERAL MANAGER VERY RUDE TO EMPLOYEES TREATED LIKE JANITOR AND SLAVE BECAUSE IT WAS SLOW BECAUSE OF THERE LACK OF MARKETING AND ADVERTISING SKILLS NO USED TIRES NO TV IN THE LOBBY THE SHOP WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE GENERAL MANAGER WAS STILL TRYING TO FIND SOME FAULT IT WAS LIKE HE LITERALLY HARASSING THE TECHNICIAN AND TRYING TO BE LITTLE THEM ... I'VE BEEN TO ALOT OF TA POILIT AND RYDER'S GARAGES NEVER SEND TSA AND GM TRYING TO MAN HANDLE THE TECHNICIANS EXSPECTAULY WHEN IT VERY NET AND CLEAN 🔧🔧🔧

Just throw the whole place in the trash 🗑 😒 🙄 Everyone who works in this shop takes no initiative, you practically have to walk them through their own job from signing in to the maintenence portion or they will stand there and do nothing like children. Work ethic is absolutely absent here and I feel for their next victims (other drivers) Because sadly in this area truck stops with shops are scarce. I ended getting help from an outside source because they are just that incompetent.

This is not a TA they just using the name it is horrible there needs to be shut down no points for fuel 2 showers a bunch of locals hang out there every dam parking spot is $10 not free and it stinks there and employees have attitude don’t go there you been warned
