So I take my car to this shop “under warranty,” which I thought the vehicle was still under warranty. My reason for thinking this is because the dealership I purchased my car from sent me to this shop based on my warranty status. Well, according to this shop my car wasn’t covered. My vehicle was showing a code and I wanted to get it check. When this shop ran my code it was clear. No issues with the car. I hadn’t receive any communication and called on a Tuesday morning where they gave this information. They tell me they wanted to keep the car for more test, I opted not to let them keep it considering they didn’t show any issues. I opted to get the care that evening. At this point no communication about my warranty. I get there and they tell me I owe $140. I asked about my warranty and they said it canceled. My issue is why they didn’t you contact me with that info and allow me to make an out of pocket decision. My answer would have been NO based on their diagnosis price considering I know shops close by that charge only $50. I would have taken my car somewhere else. So here I am $145 later with no work done to my care…outside of them connecting it to a reader (which is what I did). The communication was not good and needs to be fixed. I will not return even if this same issue presented itself. I will try another shop with better communication. I do hope this feedback helps anyone reading it as well as the shop.

I am no one. It's nice to network and know people who are in the same field. I am terrible with names but I know faces. In business management, I know work ethics. I see people when they're not paying attention. The young lady who works here... is actually the reason I decided to bring my customer's vehicle in for an alignment. I know she doesn't remember me but I remembered her. I liked how she handled business. She was kind. She was timely with returning phone calls. I actually got to see her interact with my former co-workers. She was and probably still is the bomb! The service she gave was great! I hope that her boss appreciates her hard work and professional reputation she keeps with his customers! I am pretty sure her name starts with an "L"... She's got that real southern girl accent too! As long as my customer's car is aligned properly... I'll be back to Fairburn Emissions ok! I still had you guys saved in my contacts💙Thank you for your wonderful service.
