Tough (Mobile) Tires

I came all the way from Cartersville ga. believing I had a bent/cracked rim. Upon arrival I was respectfully greeted and attended to within moments of parking my car. The tech assisting me was highly informative and very much honest. I learned that my rims weren’t bent and wheels simply needed balancing. Had a great experience here. Staff was knowledgeable and helped me choose the right tires for my driving needs. Installation was quick, prices were competitive, and the car feels noticeably smoother and quieter now. Really appreciate the honest advice and solid service. Highly recommend.

My rim was bent from hitting the many potholes on Atlanta's streets, my co-worker found this place, they came to my job, fixed my rim and put it back on my car. Very professional and price was very reasonable. Will definitely refer to others.

Absolutely horrible service. I traveled 13 hours to ATL and my tire blew. I contacted them, paid a deposit, waited patiently for 2.5 hours after being quoted one hour. The road side tech came and was extremely rude & impatient because I forgot the car key. By the time I went to get it, he already went into my car without my permission. When I addressed him & told him that was inappropriate as I have valuables in my car, he got even nastier, got in his car & left me stuck again without ever rending services. I will never utilize these services again & id highly suggest you don’t either.

I truly wish there was a way I could give this guy 10 Stars. The work was flawless, he straightened my rim right out, and went above and beyond. Ced is an awesome dude with some awesome employees. I will definitely only ever go to this guy for anything rim and tire related. It's refreshing to see honest people in the automotive service industry. These people at Tough Tires, are prime example of just that. Thank you Ced!
