Matt is a superstar! I was 3 hours from home and car broke down on the way to a business meeting in Atlanta. W&W just happened to be the closest shop. I called them late on Tuesday afternoon, and Matt happily said 'bring it over, I'll check it out'. He diagnosed quickly, and knowing I was in a bind, worked diligently to get it fixed by the time my meetings were done, so I could pick it up on my way back home. He even piddled around the shop after closing time, while I waited on my ride, just to make sure I was ok. Customer Service plus here. Cannot recommend enough. They were fantastic!
