The Owner and Team are excellent! I’m never disappointed. I buy used and new and if I’m ever going out of town the Owner always makes sure I’m safe and checks all my tires! I’ve been going here for years and I recommend their services for tires, plugs and the best customer service with a smile and professionalism. They are prompt and eager to help! God bless you!

Came here and got used tires. When I returned home my rims were scratched up. My husband was the one who took my car there and it rained for several days so I didn’t get a good look at them. I thought it was just dirt on them until I tried to wipe off several days later. I’m so angry. I will never come back again, you would think they would be a little more careful considering that’s what they specialize in, I cannot in good conscience recommend without letting future customers know. I wish someone would’ve warned me. It would have been worth it to go somewhere else and still have my rims in excellent condition. There’s no way you’re gonna tell me he didn’t realize this!!!

Avoid This Shop: Incompetent Service and Questionable Pricing My recent experience at this tire shop was a complete disaster, resulting in a failed repair and a deeply frustrating customer service interaction. I strongly advise potential customers to look elsewhere. Poor Customer Service and Attitude The initial interaction with the service worker was unprofessional. The employee I dealt with exhibited an unhelpful and aggressive attitude throughout the process. It made what should have been a simple service appointment incredibly stressful and unpleasant. Customers should expect basic courtesy, and it was entirely lacking here. Price Discrepancy and Lack of Transparency I was quoted a price for the tire work, but later found out that a close friend had received the identical service done at this location for a significantly lower price recently. This disparity suggests a troubling lack of transparency or consistency in their pricing, making me feel as though I was deliberately overcharged. Incompetent Repair Work The most critical issue is the quality of the repair. Within one week of the service being completed, the same tire that was supposedly fixed started going flat again. This clearly demonstrates that the work was done improperly or incompletely, forcing me to deal with the exact same problem immediately after paying for a solution. In summary, this visit involved poor service, misleading pricing, and ultimately, incompetent repair work that did not last. I had to pay twice for a single flat tire issue, once to this shop and once to a competent facility. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this establishment.

I personally would not trust the service at this location. Purchased a used tire just for it to have a leaking issue, then upon returning to the store for a exchange the owner stated that not all the tires they sale are good. If that’s the case as a service all used tires should be expected upon leaving the store. Don’t truss their integrity. Terrible service and I will not be recommending your location and I will be sure To let people aware as well as surround areas how bad your location performs.

Overpriced, not friendly , and poor customer service. Tech seemed annoyed and bothered I showed up , even though it wasn’t busy. I thought I had a nail in my tire but he looked and told me he didn’t find anything and he still charged me $10. Had the customer service been better I would have just tipped him for his time anyways 🤦🏾‍♀️ most disingenuous tire service I have received since living in douglasville .
