Was from out of town when by luck I found this place. May of had a little language barrier, but he and I knew what I needed for a trailer. He was too reasonable, so I paid for the tires and baught his lunch. If I ever get back to that part of the country I'd buy his lunch again. Thanks for the help on a cold cold day.

It was an emergency for him, but they understood the problem immediately, stayed polite, and gave priority to his work. Within no time, they fixed the tire and made sure everything was perfect. Hearing his experience made me very happy even though I am in India. Truly, this is the best tire service in Douglasville. View on GoogleWent there when hey first opened. Had a good experience.. But this last time, won't be getting any return service. The guy who doesn't even Speak English gives better customer service then the one at the front desk.. Their math doesn't math right... Good tires tough... I just laughed when she brought me back the receipt to explain why the price wasn't the price that they said it was supposed to be. $18 in taxes(paid cash btw..)? 🙄😂 Good tires though... just pay attention. 😎
