This place is a hidden gem as well as a blessing. Had tire flat and needed one quickly and not costly. Came here and received both. I am fortunate to find this place. Will be a loyal customer moving forward. I recommend everyone to come here for your tire needs.
View on GoogleOwner was very disrespectful to my wife while she was trying to get valve stem replaced. He insisted that he wasn't going to try to find out the problem because it was raising his blood pressure. How you own a tire shop but get frustrated with a problem? He is lazy and will never go there again.
View on GoogleBAD SERVICE BAD ATTITUDE. Damaged 3 of 4 rims. When I asked what happened and said this was not how it arrived. The owner pretended like I was crazy. The topping on the cake was when he said I don't know why black people always complain when they come here and white people don't and told me they are not responsible for damaging rims and lug nuts. Crazy way to run a business man.
View on GoogleDO NOT GO HERE! The younger male that works here has horrible customer service. He could not get my tire off so he started kicking it with his boot. When that didn't work he turned his back and and proceeded to kicking the tire. He put a dent on the side of my car above the tire. When I brought it to his attention he blamed in on the "tire". He got very rude and defensive yelling and cursing! He never apologized and all the owner said was sorry...... Poor customer service. I will not be returning to this place
