I wish I could leave zero stars. Got two matching used tires from here a month ago and they were dry rotted. Literally one month in the tire blew so bad it ripped part of my bumper off, ripped the wires to my lights off and break line.. all from the tire I got from here a month ago. Worst news is they were matching tires so I know the other one is going to do the same thing soon. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY GOING HERE BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING BUYING FROM THEM. WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD BUYING USES TIRES.

Very enjoyable experience at Southern Tire and Auto Center. I wanted to get a 2nd opinion on the list that a chain auto shop gave me when I walked in for just an oil change. I spoke with the owner of Southern Tire and Auto Shop and showed her the list of services that the other auto shop gave me and the big fat price they listed amounting to 5K. She suggested I come in for a diagnostic with her mechanic to see if all these services are even needed at this time. Saturday morning I brought my car in. Spoke with the front desk receptionist who was very friendly and knowledgeable. She understood my situation and my hardship of getting the funds together for some of the services. The mechanic that worked on my car was nice and transparent with me. Explaining the issues of my car and what needed to be done first and what could wait. Which I appreciate that. I didn’t feel lost when I walked out as I did with advantage auto. The front desk lady added up all my services put them in order to what is needed. Jotted down all the pricing separately so I know exactly what I’ll be paying for and what services I need done first to last. I live in Smyrna but I will definitely make the drive for services and oil changes as well from now on with them. The prices are fair and reasonable in my opinion. I left very satisfied with the experience. And more confident and understanding of what services my car needed. Thank you!

I took my son's truck to Southern Tire for a complete brake job. I also shopped my wife car for tire repair and rotation. Both vehicles were promptly repaired and returned to me the same day. The staff is thorough and knowledgeable about all vehicles. This is my repair shop in Douglasville. Stop by and give them the opportunity to keep you on the road.

I’ve used this place a half a dozen times for various repairs in the last two years and have been very happy with their service. As a single woman, it can be difficult to find a mechanic that you trust. Each visit I’ve received excellent service for what I believe is a fair value. Recently I sent my mother to get a repair done on her car and she was treated with the same quality service as I’ve received. I appreciate that the ladies at the front are always kind and helpful. This place has a small town, family feel which makes me like it even more. I hope they stay in business a long time.
