I would never come back or support this unprofessional place. All they care about is over charging you for work that the allow kids with a certificate out of prison work for them. Who only have the bare basic knowledge. There was a lot of horse playing among the workers and slow motion to work and get people out on time. The facility is dirty and unkept and the custom service was beyond horrible. If you want more damage done then when you came in then shop here!! The lack of communication and the worry of just making money was disgusting. Do not get any work done here by amateurs who only know the bare minimum and are shade tree Mechanics. Save yourself the headache!! Run!

We have been using this place for years. It has switched hand of ownership a couple times over the years but we stayed loyal and had no issues. But since the this last change of hands the customer service has went down hill and seems as they they do not have very high standards. Jaun was who took care of us this time. He was slow and had no care to make us sit and wait while he was outside talking to someone (personal stuff) instead of checking us out and taking care of customers. The price has went way up. I don't mind paying if I'm getting good service. Guess after 10 years it's time to look for a place that does good work with customer service that is respectful

Spoke to Juan about issue I was having. Booked appt quickly. Matt contacted me on issues and completed the necessary repairs. He also cared about my concern and communicated every step of the diagnosis. Repair was made and pleased with the outcome. Will use these guys again. Highly recommend.

I brought my vehicle here to replace my brake pads and rotors. The parts were replaced. Within the next hour my tire pressure sensor began to fault and not display any numbers. I returned to this location and the technician replied “you want us to pay for something that happened with your car just because we worked on it?.” I am not a mechanic, nor did I request them to “pay” for anything. However I was just hoping that they would be able to rectify the issue since the obvious cause was the repair work. No accountability whatsoever. And I have an out of state commute approaching, but I guess after spending almost $800, once they have your money, it’s out of their hands. I will not be replacing my back brakes with this location. Go to a different location for services. God forbid they make a mistake. Update July 2025: Now none of them read.

Very discriminatory against women I felt so belittled to the point where I had to call my husband that’s on the road working in Illinois and once he got on the phone, then the tone change, but this group of people was so disrespectful towards me and my daughter that I recommend no one ever going there unless you’re a man! Very rude very disrespectful, nasty attitude, the entire team and again I felt very discriminated against!!!! I m taking my car to a different replica place and if anything else is wrong with my car, I know for sure that they did it when I got there. My Hood was up for no apparent reason when you called me at 2:30 in here it is 4 o’clock in my hood still up after I got off the phone?! So if something else else is wrong with my car, I know it’s retaliation against me and they did it and they will be Reliable!
