These guys are the best brake company in Atlanta!! Extremely flexible, they come to you, and are more than willing to work with your needs. My brakes broke the day before a big trip and they were able to fix them in no time at all. Highly recommend them!

The convenience of having my brakes done at my home vs. waiting for hours at a shop is unmatched. The entire thing took about 30 minutes. Booking the service as well as receiving a quote and invoice was easy. Also no pressure or attempts of upselling which was appreciated. This was a fantastic find and I'll be using and recommending NuBrakes from here on out!
View on GoogleDOMINIC was amazing from his text to meeting me in my driveway. Smiles and honesty. I had gotten another quote a little cheaper but I had to go wait at an autoshop for a few hours. Dominic and Nubrakes came to me that's worth more to me. I worked on making money and Dominic worked on my brakes. Great idea these guys had. All fixed in 30 minutes. Great breaks 2 year warranty. Go hire them you will be amazed.
View on GoogleThe experience with NuBrakes was a solid experience with one major exception. I communicated by phone with the technician twice during the process. The second time was to tell me the work was done and that a payment link had been sent. I received that link and planned to make payment later in the day. I then received 4 payment links and texts from the technician pushing me to pay now because he couldn't leave my home until payment was received. I texted him back that I was handing a deadline oriented project and would pay later. He continued to text me for payment so I called customer service and learned the techs are encouraged to push for immediate payment. In terms of customer care this is an awful management strategy. There are a hundred reasons why someone might not be able to make payment the instant a repair is completed such as my example above or: doctor's appointment, driving, in a company meeting, phone battery died and unable to view the link, etc. I hired your company in good faith that you would perform a critical repair to my vehicle. In return, have enough respect and understanding of what folks day to day lives look like that you don't have to treat a customer like their a crook because you got paid at 2pm instead of 12pm. Management needs to change their strategy!
