This place is amazing. I went to a dealership first and sought a second opinion with Douglas County Auto Care and they were fair, fantastic and efficient. They saved me thousands of dollars in unnecessary repairs and they had me up and running the next day. I worked with David and he had me ready and out the door the next day. Overall great team effort and job!!
View on GoogleFor this service I had a slow leak tire. They located the nail, but unfortunately due to its location, it couldn’t be repaired. A new tire was done promptly and professionally. This isn’t my first encounter with this company and no matter if they’re changing my oil to performing a repair, they do it with the utmost professionalism and care from when you walk in the door to out. I’ll never use anyone else.
View on GoogleI recently had work performed on my car that was definitely overpriced. I went ahead and paid it only because they had already perform a valve cover gasket work. I paid over $1700. Upon picking up my vehicle I had dash board lights that were not present before. The technician tried to tell me it had nothing to do with the services rendered. They offered to check it but said I would have to pay a diagnostic fee. I had not even left the lot yet. I used to think they were fair but their prices have gotten ridiculous. The quality of work is not as good as it was a year ago.

View on GoogleAs for the mechanics and the work that was done, I give them 5 stars. I am completely confident in their work. We had our brakes done and all 4 rotors replaced on our car. As for the in-person service I give them a 1. My husband called and talked to David on the phone about the work that was needed and he was very nice. When we got there in person David was rude and a smart ass. My husband said he’d never take his vehicle to them again. I just put my truck in there for headlights replacement. I spoke to David about the way he talked to my husband and suggested that he call him and apologize. David said he didn’t think he was a smart ass and that was that. So they will no longer get his business. We’ve taken all of our vehicles for repairs spanning many years and received excellent care. Too bad one person can mess up a whole business relationship.
