The old dude that worked on my exhaust last year was grumpy to the point of being downright hateful. After I left, I discovered that I couldn't shift down to L1 or L2 but only as low as Drive. Took it back & he had the gall to say it wasn't anything he'd done. After some debate, he agreed to look at it again & it was, in fact, the result of his work. But that's not the worst part. It's an old truck that is driven rarely & after driving it only a handful of times, the exhaust leak returned. I decided not to take it back to him because of badly I was treated. Finally, I inspected the exhaust flange this afternoon & discovered that one of the nuts was completely gone & the other was loose, with NO washer of any kind. I found a nut & some lock washers & fixed it myself. I wouldn't take a GO KART to this place, even to have AIR put in the tires.

On 3-27-26, I drove up with a broken exhaust and was told they had the parts and could start immediately. I was told it would take about an hour. In less than 30 minutes, they replaced part of the exhaust pipe and I was paying the bill. It was a great experience and I know where I'm going if I need more work done. Thanks CW.

Guy that answered the phone clearly doesn't listen and thinks he knows everything about a custom application.....which I told him it was from the beginning of a phone call. "I never seen a..... on a Cadillac before". Reiterated it was a custom application like I told him when we first got on the phone. He rudely hung up.
