I am extremely satisfied with Clarks and all the staff. My aunt and I have been to Clarks several times with different cars, and they have always been able to help us. The price-performance ratio is excellent. Whenever unexpected problems arose, they always called us to discuss the issue. We will continue to take our cars to Clarks.

🛑 Do not do Business with these guys, if you do, you will lose your money and more problems with your vehicle than you could possibly imagine. Be aware of The mechanics Here that do this!!!!! These guys give mechanics a bad name!!!!!!

Mark is very rude. Now I wish we would have read the reviews. Spoke with his employee Josh on the phone, who according to Mark, tried to lie and say I was rude. When I was not rude at all. I am a business owner, and know how to carry myself even in times of frustration or confusion. I had concerns about the work being done and the price we were quoted vs the price we are ending up having to pay. He basically blew off my concerns, tried to justify his behavior then told me I can get the truck (which is still not running). Just in case anyone was curious we were quoted $700-$900 and have already given $1,800 (would have had to pay more) and are now left to get a tow truck to pick it up and still have to pay someone to fix it. I get prices change with certain jobs even once started as that actually applies to my own job. But not 2-4 times the amount quoted. This place is just downright unprofessional and rude.

Save yourself time & aggravation, DONT take your car here! I bought a used Toyota Avalon & was told the upper control arm needed to be replaced. When my husband dropped it off they said give them 2 days they'd call w/quote. They never called, we had to keep calling. Almost a wk later we were told they thought it might be a bolt. So they were ordering the bolt 1st so it'd save us money. Almost another wk later. Us calling them again, they told us it was the upper control arm. And it'd be a $3500 job but unfortunately a job they were unable to do there. Then charged me $230 for the bolt and labor and diagnosing the problem (when we already told them the problem when we dropped it off. If they knew they didn't do front end work when we dropped it off, why did they accept it...I ended up towing it to another mechanic who fixed it for $275. They got some kind of scam going on here ...

If I could give 0 stars I would. Brought my car in for a power steering leak but instead needed new belt & hub on driver side. Paid over $700 for it to be fixed & it still sounds like the hub needs to be replaced on the same side!! RIDICULOUS!!! This place sucks I don't care what anyone says! A few years ago brought my Uncle's truck in & couldn't afford to fix it well when they brought the truck back to our house, they didn't bother putting the parts they took off back together!! That should of been my 1st sign. You can say you been in business for 10, 20, 50yrs...but that don't mean you got all the proper knowledge, skills, hands on practice or even up to date certifications to be a good damn mechanic! * No I definitely have the right place & I do not provide my information online and/or through reviews. Also, there’s no way I would bring my vehicle back to the same shop that failed to fix the problem the 1st time. You would more then likely charge me again for another diagnostic so you can find your own mistake. No thank you. The 1 star review is here for a reason. I will not be returning.
