I had such a great experience with BrightStar Auto Repair that I had to leave a review. Before coming here, I actually had my car diagnosed somewhere else and was quoted a much higher price for something that turned out not to even be the real issue. BrightStar took the time to properly diagnose my car and quickly figured out it was the sensors that needed to be replaced. They explained everything in a way that made sense and didn’t try to upsell me or add on anything unnecessary. As a woman, that meant a lot to me. It can be intimidating walking into an auto shop, but they made me feel completely comfortable and confident that I wasn’t being taken advantage of. That kind of honesty is hard to find. They fixed the issue efficiently, and my car has been running great ever since. I truly appreciate their integrity and professionalism, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

One of the scariest things about relocating to a new state is finding a good automobile shop to service your vehicle. Lucky me! I had an emergency situation with my truck but the friendly staff at Bright Star Automotive got me scheduled early the next morning. I really appreciate their text communications, and confirmation at each stage of the process. They were also very transparent with the diagnosis and provided visual aids in addition to straightforward billing. Their use of modern technology and customer satisfaction can't be understated! You can tell they take pride in their work because they were quick to request feedback on their service. Most importantly, the actual repair was top notch and my truck is running smoothly. Choosing a quality auto repair technician is like choosing a good doctor so Bright Star Automotive will most certainly be my "truck doctor"!

Was given a full vehicle inspection for FREE and received a line by line sheet of issues. I dropped my truck off at 9am and they were done by 1130am. I highly recommend these guys for your automotive needs. I'm glad I've found a reputable and honest shop. I'll definitely be back.

The guy who inspected my car went above and beyond not only did he inspect my brakes he inspected under my hood and alerted me to some other things going on with my vehicle. And Amber at the front was just a doll. She was super sweet and I love the way she broke down all the findings in a way I could understand. Everyone was so polite and I definitely plan to return for the other things that need repairing

They set the standard for professionalism. Communication? 100%. Timely service? Always. Cost? Perfect! Not overboard l, just right! I LOVE the text communication and the prompt answers and the most outstanding quality is how they talk to you with courtesy and respect. I will never go anywhere else, they have my loyalty for life.
