There was a dent and hole in the bumper of my 2025 Civic. I read a few reviews and called SSR to get an estimate. I dealt Primarily with Manny and he provided an estimate very quickly. He ordered the parts that day and said if I brought it in the next day, they could have it done. The car looked exactly like it did when it was brand new. The thing is when I brought it to SSR it had not been cleaned through pollen season and when I got there, it was not only washed, but the tires were shined, and the cost was exactly what they quoted me on the estimate. Super easy to work with honest and awesome quality work on the car. Absolutely perfect! I highly recommend them!

Since 2001, I have taken my vehicles to SSR. In July 2024, I was backing up and scraped/dented the drivers door along a mailbox. In October, I took my 2002 Tundra to SSR for an estimate. I purchased it new. Manny told me they would repair the door, paint it and the rear door. I asked him to replace front and rear bumpers. The quote was excellent. In 2018, I was hit from behind at a high speed. I took the same truck to them. The insurance company wanted to total it. Fortunately, SSR stood up for me and got the insurance company to reverse their decision and fixed the truck. At that time the drivers side, hood, tailgate and some of the passenger side was painted. I noticed that the color was off in areas around the vehicle. It wasn’t that I couldn’t live with it so I went on my way. Back to 2024. When Manny told me those 2 doors had to be painted, I asked if he would also paint the rear panel because the color was off. He asked who painted the truck and told him SSR. He wasn’t working there at the time. He asked if I had the paperwork. I only had part of it. So he told Connie, the owner, and she searched for the remaining paperwork. She located it. I also had pointed out to Manny that some paint was peeling on the passenger door by the windshield and I wanted that repaired also. He then told me, “if we did it, we fix it.” This is almost 7 years later! They repainted the whole drivers side, the hood and 2/3 of the passenger side. I added in the grill. I was pleasantly surprised, and in some disbelief, that they would do this at no cost. They stood by their word in a day and time so difficult to find. They stood by their work. The process went smoothly. Now, people are asking if I bought a new truck! A beautiful job. Thank you SSR! God bless you!

I live 6 hours from SSR and found their quality worth every bit of the drive. I had them paint my F150 Lightning. I also needed parts painted after and sent them in the mail. Not only was the price cheaper then anywhere I could find locally, the turn around time was less than a week!!! Chris their painter is a true talent. You will not be disappointed with their top shelf quality work!!!

Awesome people, work, price, and quality! They sanded and repainted my son's 4Runner hood and top! Excellent work looks like a brand new car! I will always bring my vehicles to SSR Collision Center from now on. I truly can’t recommend them enough. I have an older family vehicle with deep sentimental value that was hit through no fault of my own.
