Went in for an oil change. The owner of the company, Randy showed me a video of the mechanic, placing his foot on the radiator. Drove the vehicle immediately to the train station 23 miles away. Got back in the vehicle and noticed that there was radiator coolant fluid everywhere. Tried to see if they were open Saturday morning. They were not. Took the vehicle to the competition for a radiator replacement. Mentioned it to Randy, he said they could’ve fixed it for less than half. He was not willing to pay for the repairs necessary while their shop was not open. Filing a small claims case against the owner after refusal to reimburse my $819. The owner expects you to wait several days for them to fix a problem that needs to be addressed as soon as possible so you can go to work. The video of the mechanic is directly from the facility. View on GoogleI was on my way to a funeral when my front tire went completely flat. I am not from the area and I saw Randy's Auto Center and I pulled in. It was after 5pm and Randy said don't worry and he immediately put on my spare tire and he didn't even charge me and I was on my way in 15 minutes. If he does this for someone that just walks in I can imagine how well he treats all his customers. Now that is what I call service. I highly recommend Randy's Auto Center.
View on GoogleI recently took my 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan to Randy’s to have my brakes looked at because they were squishy. I also had the washer fluid signal on my dash, popping up all the time, even though I did have fluid in the receptacle. Shortly after dropping the van off, I received a call from Keith who told me that the brakes looked good and that a brake flush would probably help clear any air out out of the system. Keith also noticed that I hadn’t had an oil change since forever and he recommended that to me which of course I did. The brake flush the oil change and the faulty windshield fluid signal on the dash we’re all fixed in one day actually in half a day. I like how I was Informed of the status of my vehicle while it was there and the cost of having the service done was very reasonable. The brake flush was the key to my brake issue and my brakes are working perfectly now. The whole crew at Randys Auto Center really care that they do what needs to be done to get your vehicle back up and working and they don’t try to upsell anything like the other places I had previously gone to. Randy’s is the only place I will be taking all of my cars from now on. I’m happy to say that I’m now one of the family.
View on GoogleThese guys are great. I’ve trusted them with major services on my cars over the years. Just a word of warning, when you buy the 5 quart oil change, they will give you all 5 quarts whether your car needs it or not. My Outback only requires 4 so I had to drain a quart.
