The BEST experience. Everyone was so personable and friendly. I knew it was going to be a great experience when I was greeted at the door by Rudy, their chocolate lab. Making my appointment was easy (and changing it was easy too), the shop is clean, welcoming and they are all so knowledgeable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop. In the past I’ve had a hard time finding a place that can work on my VW correctly (even for an oil change I’ve had issues at other places because they say the VWs are challenging). Premier Automotive Diagnostics specialize in European Cars so it gave me a peace of mind. Even if you’re not in Cumming, you should make the drive! There was an issue with some parts on my car the dealership had previously worked on and didn’t do it correctly—it was pointed out to me and fixed (I didn’t trust going back to the dealership and knew it would be fixed correctly at Premier Automotive). This shop was recommended to me by Potts Towing (another great experience). When getting my car towed Austin called Ryan at the shop to ask a question and even then he was so helpful! I appreciate a welcoming and friendly environment with amazing customer service and honest people. We will definitely be returning with my husbands car and ALL future oil changes (and whatever else may ever be needed). Thank you for a great experience!

I had an oil problem with my car. I took my car here because my companion Realize on premier auto diagnosis we’ve never been misled about anything was wrong with our vehicles. They are very reliable. I’m so happy because I had that problem and he was able to find a solution which worked I was so satisfied I was happy. I actually waited an entire three weeks to give feedback. I do give them all five stars and I believe in them and if you should have a problem with your vehicle, I suggest you take it there Ryan is very reliable and will not stare you wrong. The entire staff are great people I almost forgot to add that my vehicle is a Audi Q5 20 20 and 15 and the car runs fabulous. Take your vehicle there if it’s a foreign because you would definitely get the best direction on what to do next.

Premier Automotive exemplify what is so rare in the automotive industry. INTEGRITY!!!! I drove three to have my 2012 VW Sportswagon TDI fixed!!! During the process of trying to fix the problem, they kept my updated !!! Thank God for people like Ryan being here on earth!!

First of all this does not have anything to do with the type of work performed here...I first tried calling here to get an estimate on some work on my wifes porsche...I told the girl I spoke to I knew Ryan from before his shop was next door to ours and he'd done lots of work for me in the past...she took my number and said they would call me back...well after a week not hearing anything I stopped by...same girl said he was busy...and I would get a call back...well...2 weeks later I tried again...same girl...but this time she asked for vin number to look up parts and would call back with an estimate...well you guessed it...no call back again...I called this past Friday...May1st...same girl same answer...and no call back. So today May 4th i called one last time ...spoke to a different girl?...and asked about my estimate and also told them how no one ever calls back...she assured me this time they would...Well they didnt...so if your so busy you can even call someone back to talk about working on their car..good for you...but as far as I'm concerned this is in no way to conduct buissness..especially to a previous customer...ill take my money and my buisness elsewhere...and will never recommend this place again...there are other German car shops in town...I'm sure that they will accept my buisness...Good luck! Update...May 5th...I left my phone number at least 4 or 5 times and it sure wasn't the one you said you had on file..so i dont know how you decidedto use that number..

First I would like to say that finding a trustworthy and diligent vehicle mechanic is very very hard to come by these days, the work Ryan did for my BMW 535d has been exceptional and far better then I could have thought of! I brought my vehicle in with a loud noise coming my engine and rattling, Ryan was very honest with me on what was causing the issue “timing chain was letting go” which I was not expecting and a very MAJOR job that was I not ready for! But I am very grateful for him finding the issues and with VERY reasonable pricing for getting the job done, I proceeded with him to do the job and for being the only person working on the vehicle I so impressed by his work and knowledge of diesel BMWs which most mechanics won’t touch with a 10 foot pole! Ryan was very excited and eager to work on my vehicle! I would love to say the Communication back and forward with emails, texts, calls, and pictures have been exceptional!! Ryan was telling me and showing every step he was taking and even allowed me to come to the shop and see the engine all taken apart and see the damage of the chain which was stretched beyond what the original was suppose to be! Once I received my vehicle back it was like my car was brand spanking new!!! The engine revs so smoothly from before, very glad to have taken it to Ryan and I will be doing all my services from now on out at Premier Automotive Diagnostic!
