This place is a joke !!! Jarrett Hyde is the most arrogant, cocky jerk that I have ever met in my life. Refused to patch my new tire with a tiny hole in between thick treads in the very center of the tire. I asked about simply putting my matching new tire that was in the under carriage of my touring van on, but got manipulated into buying a frigging mud tire instead, stating that I needed it. They didnt tell me thst is was a mud tire. They said it was "a slighty more aggressive" tire. They actually put the mismatch mud tire on the front steer wheel in which my van rode like a donkey afterwards. Rough, Bumpy and loud like a monster truck. I drive a touring van. After getting 3 new opinions from different tire shops, they all agreed my tire was fine and patched it immediately. My van now drives like a Cadillac once again. After cussing and yelling at me on the phone, he banned me from the store. His parents started this business decades ago and operated it with professionalism and integrity, because it grew. Then, Jarret Hyde was born and is currently running this business into the dirt. God bless his parents. This business will bankrupt sooner than later. Just look at the hundreds of horrible reviews that all match up with the standard deceptive business tactics that Jarrett tries on everybody. Un-fixable tires, can't align vehicles, every customer is wrong and Jarret is right every time, must buy news tires, refuse to mount new tires purchased elsewhere, bad attitude, always has to bully the customers. I feel sorry for seniors, women and young people who get the wrath of this volatile scammer.... Good Riddence !!!!! Never again !!!! Plus, Jarrett said that I was not allowed to do business there. How juvenile is that.....???

View on GoogleI'm so disappointed with my most recent trip to Lanier Tire & Wheel. I have brought our family vehicles there for the past 5 years and have never questioned the service provided. Last week I brought my daughter's pickup for brake service. This was not the first time they serviced this vehicle. We told them that the brakes seemed to be locking up and that they were not stopping the vehicle appropriately. They replaced/repaired $1100 worth of brakes and then proceeded to say that the complete brake system needed to be replaced and it would be an additional $3500 and if we didn't replace it, then it would be unsafe to drive home. Why didn't they state that BEFORE charging us for the brakes? If the brake lines were eaten by the salt from the truck's time up north then they could see the damage before starting the repairs. Since the truck is a 2001 we did not feel that we wanted to incur the additional expenses. I paid $1100 for brakes that we will never use and then had to tow the truck home. I will never use Lanier Tire & Wheel again.
