Short version: Tires Plus is a way to go and cheaper too. Detailed version: Came in to replace tires on Tacoma wheels I had stored away a while ago, since this shop is the only one nearby that can deal with used tires. ‼️I asked beforehand if they balance the tires to which they said yes‼️. After leaving, I noticed shaking at higher speeds and when I checked the wheel, it didn’t look like the balance weights had even been touched. I came back, very calmly explained that I didn’t think the tire had been balanced for the reasons I listed above. The communication was difficult because of the language barrier but to concerns I was explaining/re explaining, I just kept getting “It’s already balanced” and “I don’t know”. So I asked if a mechanic could take a look and see if it was balanced properly, to which I got “I’m busy, wait 30 minutes” and walked out on me. Of course I’m not using my free will to deal w this shop and as I was sitting in the truck getting ready to leave, the guy came to the truck. To be more exact he just leaned on the car next to me, waiting for me to notice him and come out. The stance and communication was not respectful right off the bat, not to be a Karen. He pointed at my tire and said “you need a new tire” to which I was replied that this is NOT a thread issue and that again, the weights also looked like they haven’t been touched (fast forward: Tire Plus said the tires are great😋). He then pointed to the back of the wheel and said “look” without looking at it himself… which I didn’t do just because I looked at it millions times before coming back already. He then just insisted on me getting a new tire and it will be fixed. Ended up going to Tires Plus right after this little incident and guess what?? the balance indeed was not done and the threads are confirmed to be good😇

Easily the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in a business. I pull up and get out of my car and start to explain to the guy as he eats his sandwich what I was looking for he cuts me off and tells me to stop talking and just tell him what I want. I may have said four words total. Absolutely unreal how rude. Good luck running a business that way.

View on GoogleFriday afternoon with a hole in my tire. Went to one of the chain tire stores. There were 8 cars in front of me and the chance that they wouldn't get to it today. He recommended these guys, and he removed the nail and repaired the tire in less than 10 minutes. I definitely recommend them. Fast, professional, and courteous. Thank you!!!
