I have been going to Herbert’s Automotive for at least 10 years and they have always done outstanding work at a great price. Paid $70 for them to tell me the tint is coming off my windows and other menial issues but neglect to mention the bottom of my car is ziptied together. We asked SPECIFICALLY about the condition of the suspension. In conclusion, don’t come here for a pre purchase inspection. Knowing the vehicle had this much to replace and fix, I probably wouldn’t have bought it. Thanks for the transparency yall. These are pictures of the zip ties they happened to miss. Also suspension components that are not secure or fitted together they happened to miss. 1 star is generous.

I can genuinely say they have always superseded my expectations in really checking out my vehicles and asking me if I was aware. Like today I didn’t know I had a tail light out and I asked them to replace. Every tire was about 10 lbs off. They fixed! Now it drives so much better! Not to forget all the fluids the checked and filled! I feel so much safer driving!

View on GoogleUpdate: we brought our car in for an oil change. They took care of us quickly, recommended changing the air filter which really needed it but didn't push unnecessary services. My emissions check was quick and a good price. The young man who helped me was pleasant and efficient.
