I cannot stress enough how frustrating and disappointing this experience has been. I brought my car in THREE separate times for the exact same issue--a cylinder 2 misfire--and somehow, after all that time and inconvenience, the problem is STILL not fixed and I’m 6 hours away from home now stuck with the problem possibly without a car to get me home. Each visit meant rearranging my entire schedule, finding alternate transportation, and being without my car for days, all for absolutely no resolution. And not only that, one of the times out of the three visits I came to get my car it was filthy like they had left all the windows down or took it for a ride with a layer of pollen all thru out the car. What makes this even worse is the completely shady communication. Work was done on my vehicle without my authorization, and I was never given clear pricing upfront. I wasn't properly informed about what they were doing or how much it was going to cost until after the fact. That is completely unacceptable and honestly feels dishonest. Every time I tried to get answers, I got vague explanations and no real accountability. It felt like they were just guessing and charging me along the way. At no point did I feel like a valued customer--just someone they could keep bringing back without actually fixing the problem. I've wasted time, money, and energy, and I'm left with the same issue I started with. This place is disorganized, unprofessional, and lacks transparency. I would strongly caution anyone against coming here unless you're okay with repeat visits, surprise charges, and zero clear communication. And not only that I have spoken with the Audi dealership and another mechanic backing that what they have suggested is wrong and reinstating some of the things that G2 is "claiming is wrong with the car" just to come back for another visit and blow more money on the same problem for the 4th time they can't seem to fix. I’m sure this will get a reply trying to act as if they have handled things “properly” but I can assure you they haven’t. My friends and family will not be returning to G2 ever again after how awful and unprofessional this has been handled. Beware of this company.

I have used G2 for 5 years now for maintenance on my 2011 Mini. Jenna and Gary have always been very friendly and seem to appreciate my business. The mechanic have stood at the front desk or at my Mini and answered every question I had no matter how lame it might seem to them. I have found them to be knowledgeable about my older Mini and don't seem to do work just to do work. If they spot a issue, they have on numerous occasions told me to hold off until a later date. Or we can do that repair at the same time we do different repair and save on labor. Over the years, I have come to appreciate that if they say don't wait on a repair, it is probably in my best interest to get the work done. Highly recommend.

Completely Unprofessional, Untrustworthy, and a Total Rip-Off I took my car to this shop with high hopes, but what I experienced was nothing short of a nightmare. I dropped my car off, and for TWO WEEKS, not a single person even bothered to look at it. I was given the runaround every time I called, with promises that they'd "get to it soon" — promises that were clearly empty. After two weeks of zero progress, I finally received a quote, and not only was it DOUBLE what I was initially told, but they had the nerve to tell me that wasn’t even the final price. At that point, I had had enough. The lack of communication, the endless delays, and the unrealistic pricing pushed me to take my car elsewhere. When I decided to go elsewhere, that’s when the real shock came. They had the audacity to inform me that I would be charged $820 for a diagnostic fee. I hadn’t even authorized them to perform any extensive work, yet they had taken apart major components of the engine, including the transmission, injectors, spark plugs — you name it. They basically dismantled my car without consent and then tried to hold me hostage for it. I’m beyond furious with this shop. They gave me fake promises, misled me on pricing, and did work without permission. If you value your time, money, and trust, DO NOT bring your car here. This place is a disaster and I wouldn’t trust them with a toy car, let alone a real vehicle. Save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere — you’ve been warned.

We entered into a financing agreement with G2 automotive repair shop. After funding was provided, the agreed-upon payments stopped and the account went into default. Multiple attempts were made to resolve the matter directly, but the obligation remains outstanding. Sharing this experience so that other vendors and financial partners can conduct appropriate due diligence before extending credit or services.

Gary and Jenna were very professional. My BMW430i with the M package runs just smoother or better than the day I drove it off the BMW Lot. Great service and A AWESOME EXPERIENCE. MY BABY HAS A NEW HOME NOW.
