I read good review about Corey's Auto Service so I took my Honda CRV here for repair. I spent more than $2000 the last 5 months on this old car. They did quote me a better price for the alternator and battery back in January 2026. I end up need to take it back this month and cost me $1200 more for the water pump/coolant thermostat/drive belt tension replace. Bruce seems nice but I don't think he is as nice and professional as the review said. When I took the car in because the engine make noise, he said "leave it here and I will quote you tomorrow and it will be $140 or more for diagnostic" . He sent the quote the next day via text. When I called he just said the problem is in the quote don't even take time to explain the car problem and just brush me off. When I picked up the car, he just made me pay and say you all set don't even show me where the car is park so I can get it! Maybe they just too busy that they start having poor customer service! I don't think I would take my car back to this shop.

Simply the best. I've taken my car here for years and never been disappointed. Always friendly and honest. No BS or pushing you to get something done that isn't necessary. Prices are really fair too. Twice they've saved me from another shop's poor/malicious suggestion. I can't recommend them enough.

Corey’s Auto is the epitome of a trustworthy automotive shop. I needed to have both struts replaced on my vehicle and I approved an alignment with the work. After installation, they checked the alignment and it didn’t need it. They didn’t do the alignment and saved me $$$. What shop is this honest today?!?! This isn’t my first experience with Corey’s, but this is why I will always come back!
