Freddie is a cool dude, and he runs a good shop. I’ve used only him for over a decade, and he’s alway been fair, gives honest answers, and gets me fixed up quick. Like a barber, vet, doctor, dentist, you need a mechanic who is consistent and reasonable, and that’s Freddie.

We've had 2 Toyotas worked on here, and every time they have been very professional, awesome, and communicative. One was an older 2001 4runner that needed an Alternator replaced, and they were able to diagnose and explain what the issue was. That repair was done over 4 years ago for a problem that other shops couldn't figure out, and the car has ran without issues since. The repair was quoted in the thousands to 2 thousand plus by the dealer ended up being 1/3rd the price here while covering all of the items including the same parts. More recently we brought our daughters Corolla in for a general check up and oil change, and the service was great. I was expecting to pay more than just the cost of the oil change as I respect their opinion, and wanted to make sure my daughter car was safe and reliable (she doesn't live with us) and they didn't even charge for more than the oil change. I'm very grateful that they understood my lack of expertise but concern for my daughters safety. When I offered to pay more, they waved it off and gave me the inspection list, suggestions, and gave the car a good bill of health. Being awesome isn't just about money savings. The service they have provided consistently while also being easy to work with and understanding makes this an easy 5/5. It always sucks when your car has issues or needs repairs, but when I've brought our cars here the worries have become less.

I know David from past 10 years or so and take my cars to him. Recently took my Prius with Brake+Traction light and ABS on. He quickly diagnosed and suggested to take it to the dealership as they should cover this in Warranty, which they did. He did not charge anything for the diagnosis. He really goes out of the way to help with the car repairs. I would recommend this place for 'any' auto repairs. Thank you David.

Absolutely amazing service I wouldn’t trust my vehicle with no one else. Alex and David are amazing. Great prices, trustworthy, and dependable. I drive almost an hour to make sure I receive the best service and I get it every time.

Disappointed with Recent Service - Former Loyal Customer I’ve been bringing my 2016 Volkswagen Jetta to Community Auto Care for the past 2-3 years and service used to be reliable. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been very disappointing. Last week, I drove from Charlotte to Atlanta specifically to have my AC fixed AND to get engine diagnostics done for warning lights. While they successfully repaired the AC system, they completely failed to perform the engine diagnostics despite my multiple requests and it being clearly discussed. When I asked Dave why the engine diagnostics weren’t completed as requested, his response was unprofessional and dismissive. When I asked to schedule a follow-up to complete the work, I was told they don’t have time for a month, or to “take it to the dealer.” Key issues: • Incomplete service despite clear requests • Poor communication and follow-up • Unprofessional responses when questioned about incomplete work • No accommodation for a loyal customer who drove 4+ hours for service
