It is with great honor to write this review for Christian Brothers Automotive (CBA). CBA has worked on all our vehicles and the experience is always satisfying and the staff does an amazing job. I appreciate the fact that they offer courtesy inspections and provide a no obligation health report of the vehicle along with an accurate estimate; what they quote is what you pay. Josh is wonderful and has a wonderful management team consisting of Mike and Nick. Repairs are done in a timely manner and if there are any delays CBA will contact us and explain the delay. Undoubtedly, CBA takes great pride in their work and customer service skills. That along with the fact that they have processional staff (from the office staff to the mechanics) results in a wonderful experience and your go-to location for all your automotive service needs. Upon arrival, the vehicle is documented to identify any issues as far as dents or scratches and they are very careful to avoid any damage and keep the vehicle clean. A detailed email/text is sent with all the pertinent information. The facility is extremely well-kept and they offer a nice waiting area, snack and coffee along with a courtesy shuttle service. As far as all the services and repairs, we are always extremely satisfied and it’s comforting to know that mostly all parts and services include a limited warranty. In closing, we highly recommend CBA for all your automotive repair and service needs.

LOVE THIS PLACE. My panoramic moonroof wouldn’t close and my windshield wiper sprayer broke. They were quick to order parts needed to complete the repairs. The shuttle service was a lifesaver for me being a single mom. Everyone was friendly but genuinely friendly. I was so impressed with the detailed report provided from the work and free inspection done on my vehicle. They included video, photos, and informational videos to watch that helped me understand the problems found and severity level. They explained well and communicated throughout the process as I left my vehicle overnight. The office was very clean and welcoming and I was given a complimentary bottled water with a thank you tag left in my vehicle on pickup. I’ve been looking for a new place to bring my vehicle as it ages. A place I feel will be fair priced that I can trust to do honest good work andI have found it!

Convenient ride from home to Christian brothers. Very friendly staff, they explain in details and care. Not the first time here to get my Lexus oil changed, and other things. Trustworthy! Will definitely come back again!

I had a great experience with this CBA Ducktown. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my low beam light, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Ray, Tyler and Josh all have outstanding customer service—Ray shuttled me back home after I dropped off my car and then picked me up from my house when the vehicle was ready. That level of convenience made a big difference. Tyler and Josh were professional, communicative, and respectful of my time. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service. Lastly they’re Military friendly👍🏼

Have used Christian Brothers for servicing and repairing many of my vehicles over the years. First time at Ducktown. Had a unique issue on a new vehicle and they resolved it promptly. Communication from drop off to pick up was outstanding. I also really appreciate the shuttle service they offer. Much better than sitting in a waiting room for hours. Will continue to go there for my auto service needs.
