Excellent service. From communication throughout the process to picking up our car. We had been told we needed AC evac, recharge and new compressor for $1,500. It felt off so I called Cumming Christian Brothers as had had good experience with CBA in Flowery Branch. James greeted me on the phone and asked some good questions. We agreed on drop off. Was communicated on when car went back. Service Manager Mike called explaining that only AC refrigerant top off was needed. $330, big difference from other shop next to me. Allowed payment thru secure texting method, so no giving credit card over the phone. Easy and secure pickup after hours with key in lockbox outside of shop. I will be going here for all future car repair needs.

I had a wonderful experience with the location in Cumming, GA. I wanted a AAA approved shop to do a Prepurchase Inspection on a vehicle for me. The inspection was completed in about an hour and a half. The report was thorough and detailed. I especially appreciated the photos and videos. The staff person was friendly, honest and knowledgeable as he reviewed the report with me. It was definitely money well spent and I will be recommending this location to others.

Corey and Ken Bauer are amazing. These guys make care repair easy. They are honest and really do what is best for their customers. Quick service, don’t add unnecessary expensive items to your bill and most importantly they are compassionate in their communication especially when you don’t really understand your car’s needs. I was able to easily make an appointment, was taken in immediately upon arrival, the technician showed me the issue, explained the process to my satisfaction, corrected the issue, and all for a good price.
