Would like to give 5 stars but they get 4 because they are super convenient but only one person working when I go so if other customers come in it slows my pre booked appointment down because they have to stop what they are working on to handle the walk in customers. Probably spent an additional 10-15 min there because of this. Not a big deal but for a person that books and appointment and has to wait it's a little annoying.
View on GoogleThe poor guy working by himself is awful. He was running the register, changing tires, working the propane area. He was a hard worker and a nice guy, but shame on BJ's for working this poor guy to death. If you're that concerned about safety, give this guy some help. It took him 3 hours to replace 4 tires on 1 car. Never again, until staffing is better! Pay more elsewhere or plan to spend your entire day here!

Someone walked in behind me at 9:28, and went into the employee only zone to find someone. 5 minutes later, I’m getting pushed to the side for the Second Ladies purchase, only to be told that I can’t be helped because they don’t mount tires that they don’t sell. Maybe get a second person in there to help out.

By the way, making me put my receipt on your dirty clipboard to check out and then making me take it back is the most dangerous thing I could ever see in the covid-19 environment. You tell me it's practice? Stop the practice. You're getting your own customers sick.
View on GoogleThey're not too busy, they have good prices, and they do a great job. They've used an actual torque wrench on my lug nuts every time, so I respect them for that. They were also willing to help me close to closing time - a lot of places wouldn't have done that.
