Been going to Bagwell Mathis tire & auto for a long time and I have always had a positive experience. Honest, reliable, customer service, competitive pricing, and most importantly excellent work. They have the best prices for oil change. They are definitely more reliable than a dealership and do better work. Just recently had an alternator replaced on my 2011 Toyota Venza. Fantastic job and great price. They will be honest with work that needs to be done and work that is not required. Best shop hands down

I was so happy I decided to bring my car to Bagwell Mathis after multiple attempts of getting it fixed at other shops and still having the same repeat issue occur. Everyone was super transparent and honest and they were quick and knowledgeable to fix the repeat issue I was having! They also did a full inspection and helped me with a new battery and a quote on some new tires without being pushy. They were very timely in following up while having my vehicle and addressing concerns and even followed up a couple of days after my fix to make sure things were running smooth. I will definitely be back!!!

I trust them completely with my automobiles. Melissa does a wonderful job communicating and their service is timely. I recently picked up my car after a service at the end of a long hot day. When I arrived, my car had been pulled and parked under a shade tree in the corner of the lot so that the interior would not be too hot. This is thoughtful exceptional service.

Mine was a simple request, install caliper covers on my Honda Civic. Not only did they agree (which many places didnt) they did it the same day. While checking out, I was originally going to be charged an hour which would have been about $150 but the front manager said it could be charged half. Really appreciated the discount as I am unemployed and every cent counts. Thank you for the great service.
