I wish there were enough words to brag on how great Mikes Tires is. FANTASTIC people & FANTASTIC service is all I can say! I had issues with my heater valve and a hose, Isiah and Mike helped me through a stressful process with no hesitation. Highly recommend giving them a visit for all your car needs!
View on GoogleI had a blow out on my 6 horse trailer on I20 heading from Birmingham to Aiken SC. I searched the nearest tire service & found the Tire Depot. I pulled in and was immediately met by a gentleman that was ready to help. They had a new tire on my trailer in 20 minutes & checked the air in all the other tires. I highly recommend this Tire repair shop & want to thank ROY for being so helpful & prompt!
View on GoogleWanted to like this tire installer - I was referred by a friend but was hesitant as they seem like they do not have the right set up for this type of work. I relented and took my truck there to have tires put on. They put them on quickly but when I got home and washed the lube off I noticed every single wheel was scratched in a circular motion from the mounting tool. I called to let them know and they did apologize but I was told that a little wax would hide the scratches. It did not get it out. That is not the case it is deep enough that it likely needs to be cleared again and polished out. Disappointed to say the least. Wanted to share my experience do with it what you will.
View on GoogleHad new tires and a leveling kit installed on my '14 F-150 here. Awesome service and Mike was super helpful with getting everything setup. They also performed a top notch alignment. Prices were the best in town, and my truck was ready for pickup same day. Highly recommend.
View on GoogleStaff is friendly, owner is not. Tried to put the wrong size tire on my car like I wouldn’t notice and gave me all kinds of hell when I brought it to their attention and asked for the correct size tire. They put my old tire back on because they didn’t have what they told me they had when I called and now my TPS light is on so they either put the tire on incorrectly or they broke my sensor. Either way I will not be returning.
