I can not say enough great things. We had driven from San Diego to Indiana and on the way to Georgia my F-150 began to stall and lose power after filling the gas tank up. They spent 3 hours drove the truck 6 times and couldn't find a problem. They didn't charge me anything. I couldn't believe it! In California I would've been charged for diagnostic tests and labor. They told me "I didn't fix anything how can I charge you anything." I was stunned. The next day the check engine light came on. I brought it back they fixed it as quickly as possible. Fair price, great customer service. Trust these people. They are honest.

Had them check my brakes ...I heard a scrubbing noise. They told me the brakes were good . Went to leave and still heard the scraping noise.So I went to another mechanic shop, and they took the tire off, and showed me the rotors were damaged Very bad and the brake pads were not good we'll never take my vehicle back there again.I guess they got plenty of business.And didn't want mine what a joke these people are.I have a family.I drive in my vehicle i was very unhappy to find this out. But the lady at the front desk was very nice

I was extremely nervous when I saw what appeared to be a leak coming from my Audi. I went to Golden Rule and although I saw alot of good reviews I did see a couple of bad ones. I'm glad the couple of bad ones did not make me take my car elsewhere because this automotive did a wonderful job!!! I spoke with the technician who worked on my vehicle. He showed me the old parts that had the leak and needed replacing. He was patient and kind as well as Elaine. Please give this place a try!!! Your car will be in very capable hands!!!!! 10 stars!!

Took my Mercedes here for them to look at why my car was shaking and not driving right. They said I needed my spark plugs changed. After a week of waiting to hear I had to call them and was told they had to wait for a tool to come in to fix the next thing. After another week still no communication I called to see the status of my car and they said they weren’t sure what was wrong and I needed to take it to the dealer. What a waste of 2 1/2 weeks with no car and no answers and a bill of 1200$. The worst part is this place came recommend by my parents. Never bringing another vehicle here again.
