This is by far the worst experience I have had with the service department. Took my vehicle in for 100,000 mile maintenance and warranty problems and I was told they would call me when the parts came in, 5 days. When I had not heard back I called and was told the parts are in and put me on schedule for Friday. I dropped my car off the night before and never heard back from them so I called Monday and was told my vehicle had not been started on yet . I advised what I was told when I scheduled drop off. I also explained I was going on vacation 3 days later. I checked my voicemail and someone had called from ginn wanting to schedule for me to drop my vehicle off. Thought this is crazy so I called back and asked for a manager. The manager was pleasant and I let them know what I had experienced. They said they'd get back to me. Never did so I went to Ginn and again was given the run around with no alternative. I've paid cash for new vehicles here and I expected to be treated better. They don't know what the other is doing. Lack of communication. I will be using another Dodge dealer I have 4 Dodge vehicles and always use dealer. So the vehicle I use for family vacations we now can't use because it's not done!

View on GoogleIt took me having a bad experience at Discount Tires to really appreciate the service department at Ginn. This is my 4th Jeep and not all Jeep service centers are as good as Ginn. They have a good team, I will say if you are hesitant just stop by. They will surprise you with how well they operate. I only go on Saturday mornings and they fast but efficient. Highly recommend. Almost makes me want to buy another Jeep.

They investigated where it might be by performing multiple tests and found out where it was coming from. I appreciated the time and attention they gave to help assist.
View on GoogleI had a check engine light that needed to be diagnosed. I had to wait 24 days to be scheduled to have my truck diagnosed. It took 2 hours to determine it was a battery issue. I had that replaced and two other recommended services completed as the vehicle was there. I then had issues with my U connect controls not working as it did prior to having battery replaced. No one at shop could help me at the time I had truck returned to me. I called the service department after I got home to ask more on the U connect issues. After two phone calls, I was informed that the electronic control panel should return to normal after a few hours from battery replacement. The controls did finally return to working condition. I was disappointed that there was no one at dealership to assist me when my truck was returned to me.
