I go here to get my oil changed and the men who change my oil are amazing . I asked them about getting my tires rotated and balanced and they referred me to the building behind them so after I got my oil changed I drove over there . That place over there had all the doors shut but there was a woman standing outside and I know she saw me but she walked back inside and I’m thinking ok they are going to open the door for me but she never did . I pulled up wanting a service done and all I did was get stared at so needless to say they lost my business and money because they were lazy . I’d give no stars but I do appreciate the quick lube area . So now I have to find another place to get my tires rotated and balanced .

Survey Response: Service Feedback for 2021 Chevrolet Denali Overall Satisfaction: Disappointed / 2 out of 5 stars Comments: I have been a loyal Ginn Motors customer for a couple of years and have always praised your service excellence in past surveys. Unfortunately, my recent oil change experience was highly disappointing due to a lack of transparency regarding costs. Following a recent engine recall service at your facility, I was stunned to find that the cost of my routine oil change has effectively doubled. This significant price increase—moving from my standard rate to $120.00—was never mentioned during the recall process or in any follow-up conversations. When I arrived, I was given conflicting estimates by the technician, only to be told the price hike was due to a "required oil" for liability reasons following the recall work. To make matters worse, there was confusion among the staff as to whether the oil was even in stock, and for the first time at Ginn, I had to manually ask for my military discount rather than it being offered as part of your usual standard of excellence. The oil change itself was fine, but the omission of the long-term financial impact of the recall service feels like a breach of trust. As a customer, I should have been informed that the recall fix would permanently double my maintenance costs before the work was performed. I value Ginn’s service, but I value transparency and communication even more.
